General Information
Friday May 19th, Saturday May 20th and Sunday May 21st 2023.
General admission is reserved for individuals aged 12 and older, without exception. If you are between the ages of 12 and 15, you must be accompanied by an adult to be admitted, no exceptions.
To consume alcohol, festival-goers aged 18 and older must wear a “18+ verified” bracelet obtained at the verification tent by presenting two (2) valid, government-issued photo ID’s.
All festival-goers must present at least one (1) valid, government-issued photo ID at the entrance.
Metro Metro Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the age requirements, is not accompanied by an adult, or cannot provide valid identification, without refund.

VIP passes are exclusively reserved for individuals aged 18 and older. Each person will be required to present an accepted form of ID. Metro Metro Festival reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not meet the age requirements or fail to provide an accepted form of identification, without refund.

All festival goers will be required to show identification to be admitted to the festival, no exceptions.
Accepted forms of ID include Driver’s License, Health Insurance Card, Passport, and Student ID. All identification must be valid and include your name, a photo, and your date of birth. Please note that photos or photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
GENERAL ADMISSION: Each individual entering the General Admission, will be required to show a minimum of one (1) accepted form of ID with no exception.

VIP, INDUSTRY & BOOTHS: Each individual entering the VIP, Industry and booth sections will be required to show two (2) accepted forms of IDs with no exception.
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Yes, there will be security guards stationed throughout the festival grounds at all times. If you encounter any issues or concerns, you can reach out to them for assistance.
The festival doors will open at 2pm on May 19th and May 20th and 1pm on May 21st. They will close at 9pm each day. It is important to plan your arrival accordingly to ensure your access to the festival grounds before the doors close. After 9pm, no entry will be allowed.
The Metro Metro Festival is not responsible for delays in the Festival entrance lines. We therefore recommend arriving several hours early as a precaution. Be prepared for significant delays if you choose to disregard signage and staff. For easier and faster arrival and departure, we encourage you to use public transportation.
A bag check service is available at the GA entrance before entering the festival grounds for a fee of $5 per bag.
To expedite your entry to the festival, we recommend that you review the list of permitted and prohibited items, ensure compliance with these regulations, have your IDs ready, and download your festival pass to your mobile device.
To download your festival pass, please log in to your Ticketmaster account or download the official app. Under the “my tickets” tab, select the event and add your passes to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). By adding the passes to your digital wallet, you can easily access them without an internet connection.
Please keep in mind that your mobile device will serve as your entry pass, so it’s essential to have it fully charged before arriving at the festival. Screenshots or printouts of passes will not be accepted.
If you need to transfer or accept passes through Ticketmaster, please ensure you complete these actions before the festival starts, as these options will not be available once the event is underway.
Shine or rain, the show must goes on! We therefore recommend that you monitor the weather forecast and dress accordingly to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience at Metro Metro!
No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the festival grounds. While you are free to leave at any time, please note that you will not be allowed back in.

ALLOWED / PROHIBITED ITEMS ON THE SITE
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, like Ziploc bags or similar.
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap.
- Clear plastic hydration packs (must be empty upon entry), such as clear plastic CamelBak bags or similar.
- Non-professional “point and shoot” cameras.
- Luminous or glowing jewelry and Kandi masks.
- Inflatables.
- Flags and banners (without support pole).
- Sunscreen (must be sealed and not in flammable aerosol cans).
- Water guns (empty).
- Small towels.
- GoPros (hand-held devices, head and chest supports).
- Prescribed medication (must present doctor’s prescription and consult with security at the entrance).
- Earplugs.
- Sealed lip balm and lip gloss.
- Sealed tampons.
- Sealed packs of chewing gum or mints.
- Unopened/sealed cannabis products purchased through the SQDC.
- Unopened/sealed cigarette packs.
- Unopened/sealed disposable nicotine vapes and vape cartridges.
- Reusable soft plastic water bottles (maximum size of 32 oz., must be empty upon arrival).
- NO backpacks, purses, or bags (see question below for types of bags allowed.)
- No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
- No weapons of any kind.
- No outside liquids or food.
- No objects that can be used as projectiles.
- No flammable objects or liquids, including aerosols and fireworks.
- No selfie sticks or camera poles.
- No animals.
- No professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses).
- No chairs.
- No laser pointers.
- No coolers, thermoses, containers, or bottles.
- No large backpacks/bags.
- No air horns.
- No video cameras or audio recorders.
- No musical instruments.
- No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags, or tents.
- No megaphones.
- No beach balls, soccer balls, baseballs, etc.
- No bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades.
- No open or used cannabis products or cannabis products that haven’t been purchased through the SQDC.
- No open/used disposable vapes and vape cartridges.
All of the above will be subject to a confiscation and will not be returned.
NO backpacks, purses, or bags are allowed to be brought into the festival grounds, EXCEPT for the following:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that are no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, such as Ziploc bags (or similar.)
- Small clutch bags (that are approximately the size of a hand), not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap.
- Clear plastic hydration packs (empty upon entry), such as clear plastic CamelBak bags or similar.

Items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Depending on the item, you may also be denied access to the site, without refund.
Yes, they are allowed. Disposable vapes/e-cigs must be sealed in their original packaging, as well as for reusable vape/e-cig cartridges.
Yes, you can bring your empty reusable soft plastic water bottle (max 32 oz). Any other type of reusable bottle is subject to confiscation and will not be returned (metal, hard plastic, glass, etc.)
To be admitted, all prescriptions must be in the original containers, properly labeled and matching the holder’s ID card. In order to facilitate and speed up the search and screening process, you can additionally bring along a doctor’s note.
All cannabis products brought to the site must be in a SQDC sealed package, or any other government source. All cannabis products must have been purchased legally in Canada. Any cannabis products that do not comply with the law will not be accepted or permitted on site. An individual may carry a maximum of 30 grams, the maximum amount allowed by law. No sale of cannabis is permitted on site.

There is always the possibility that the event will sell out, in which case no more tickets will be sold. So don’t hold off on buying your tickets – we don’t want you to get a case of FOMO!

The General Admission pass gives you access to the Metro Metro Festival grounds.
VIP passes give you access to a VIP section, an unobstructed view of the stage, a private bar, a food offer and VIP restrooms. In addition, with this pass, a dedicated fast lane entry is available. Bottle service is available in the VIP section.
Alcohol and food are not included.
You must be 18 years of age or older to access the VIP section, no exceptions.

Only passes purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing vendor for the Metro Metro Festival, are guaranteed to be valid. We strongly discourage you from purchasing passes from a third party or reseller. We cannot provide assistance, authentication or support for passes purchased through unauthorized third parties. The validation of the pass purchased from a third party can only be validated during the daily scan on the site.
These are for administrative purposes only. There are no rows or seats at the festival.
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available.
