Izzy-S est un jeune rappeur qui, déjà à son âge, fait énormément de bruit. Il s’agit d’un artiste au flow mélodieux et à la rime à la fois street et réfléchie. Un MC bien de son temps qui semble devenir un véritable porte-parole pour les jeunes de son quartier. L’artiste est natif de du quartier Saint-Michel à Montréal et est signé chez 7 ave Records.

« Personne le sait, mais j’avais 15 ans quand j’ai enregistré DopeBoy, mon premier son qui a cartonné. Je l’ai gardé dans mon ordinateur pendant deux ans. Un moment donné, j’ai dit à Link Parker (PavFilms) que je voulais faire une vidéo. Il voulait une chanson, mais j’avais rien… J’ai réécouté ce beat-là et je me suis dit : « fuck, c’est solide. » ! On l’a fait en vidéo lorsque j’avais 17 ans. » confie Izzy-S dans une entrevue donné à HHQC, un média spécialisé en hip-hop.

Izzy-S is a young rapper who, at his age, already makes a lot of noise. He’s an artist with a melodious flow and a street rhyme that’s both streetwise and thoughtful at the same time. “Nobody knows, but I was 15 when I recorded DopeBoy, my first hit sound. I kept it on my computer for two years. At one point I told Link Parker (PavFilms) that I wanted to make a video. He wanted a song, but I didn’t have anything… I listened to that beat again and I thought: “Fuck, it’s solid. » !
